Ponderosa Kennels is a full-service dog training school and retriever training kennel located in the foothills of Smithsburg, just east of Hagerstown, Maryland.

We offer all breed dog obedience training, we train retrievers for the field, for trials and hunt tests, for competition, and we solve dog behavior problems for all breeds of dogs.  We have been training from the same location for over thirty years.

Our dog trainers are experienced with a wide variety of  dogs from all the AKC groups.
